Creating a memo for document centralization
Creating a memo in 9TEAMS is easy. In this project you click '+ ADD' and select 'Add memo'.
Many memo templates are available in this project. You can import tweak them to your own requirements.
Distributing a memo
In case you want to distribute the memo to other stakeholders, please add them to the distribution list and click 'distribute'. Go to the 9TEAMS help center if you want to learn more about distributing documents. If a user is not known yet, you can just add the email address and a collaborator will be created in background.
